3in Chippy with Pumpkin

Q: Hello, good people. I ordered two 3 inch chippies in August, during the sale. One wasn't complete (missing leaf on the pumpkin). A very small detail but customer service was very generous in sending me a replacement. The replacement, though, has a totally different facial expression. I now notice that the description includes "Facial expressions may vary." I did not expect a worried or surprised expression instead of a smiling or friendly one. Is this variation typical, or was it because you were emptying the warehouse? I love everything about your company, but this surprised me. Thank you.
