- This 10 inch item overall is with a 5 inch boy in the outfit. He is on stilts to add to his height as well as wearing a tall hat. He is dressed in a long tailed blue coat and has on a white shirt with a red string bowtie. His pants are done in red and white stripes and he is wearing black shoes.
- The top hat is done with the same red and white striped fabric as his pants. The rim and top of the hat are done in blue and the hatband is done with red fabric with white stars on it. He is holding a flag as well to add to the festivities.
- Great item to decorate with and can be easily combined with our other patriotic pieces.
