Smile Rewards Changes Are Coming in 2024

Thanks to your loyalty and trust in our brand, the past few years have been nothing short of extraordinary here at Annalee. As we gear up for an incredible 2024, we wanted to announce updates to our beloved Smile Rewards program coming with the new year. Since its inception in 2019, the Smile Rewards program has been the heartbeat of our commitment and thanks to our incredible community for your unwavering support.

As we approach nearly five years since the program’s launch, we’re excited to share that 2024 will bring some noteworthy changes, elevating your journey with us even further.

These updates stem from a culmination of factors: insights gathered from your invaluable feedback, a thorough analysis of our company’s growth, and, importantly, advancements and enhancements from our third-party provider. We’re dedicated to ensuring that Smile Rewards continues to celebrate and reward our collector’s enthusiasm and loyalty. Please note: While our system is changing on January 2, 2024, your point balance will remain the same. All points that have not been used will remain in your account.

What Changes Are Being Made to Smile Rewards?

New VIP Tiers

On January 2, 2024 we will be introducing new VIP tiers. The current tiers (Dabblin’ Decorator, Memory Maker, Clever Collector, and Serious Smiler) will be retired. We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes to evaluate and elevate the status of the new tiers, making them exceptionally elite and truly special. All customers will be automatically reassigned to a new tier based on their spending history in the past 12 months. The new tiers are:

Decor Devotee: $0-499

1X point multiplier
Birthday points (200 points)

Holiday Hero: $500 – 1499

1.5X point multiplier
Birthday points (300 points)
Receive first notification of limited edition designs

Serious Smiler Elite: $1,500 +

2X point multiplier
Birthday points (400 points)
Receive first notification of limited edition designs
Earn up to three free gifts annually. These gifts are limited edition exclusive designs only available to customers who spend the following amounts within a calendar year.

– $5,000

Bonus Earning Opportunities

All customers will still be able to accumulate points for actions such as account openings, social media engagement (following us on Instagram and Facebook), and providing product reviews. Our referral program also remains intact, allowing you to extend a $15 discount to your acquaintances on their inaugural Annalee purchase totaling $50 or more. Once their order is placed, you’ll earn either 300 points or a $15 bonus as part of this referral initiative. As for birthday points, get ready for a slight change — members of our top two tiers will now unwrap even more birthday points, making those celebrations extra special.

Punch Card Program
Our punch card program is retiring and will cease to exist starting January 2, 2024. We kindly encourage you to complete any existing punch cards by December 31, 2023, as rewards for incomplete cards will no longer be available once the program concludes.

In place of the punch card program, we’re thrilled to introduce a fresh and exciting way to earn points! You’ll have the chance to seize an additional 600 points annually based on specific spending thresholds. Starting on January 2, 2024, customers shopping on Annalee.com will not only earn points for every dollar spent but will also receive bonus points within the calendar year based on these thresholds. These bonus rewards are exclusively available once per calendar year per customer:

Spend $250: Receive an extra 100 points
Spend $500: Get an additional 200 points
Spend $1000: Gain an extra 300 points
