What a special woman Annalee !! This book is wonderful, photos and stories so special.
A chance encounter in 1986 led to a friendship I could only have dreamed of. The day after the annual picnic we were leaving the gift shop and saw a sign saying “office”. My husband said “let’s stop and see if Annalee is there”. I didn’t have much hope

Our friendship lasted until her passing in 2002. From the annual picnic, lunch and dinner out with her and Chip, her invitation to the catalog shoot, where she and my husband and I toured the factory. She had my husband take notes on changes she she wanted made on some of her dolls. Having my story told in the Collector in 1993, a trip to Townsends house where she and Chip took a ride on a tractor. So many other special times as well.
Going to Chips workshop was another special time. I have the little boats he made and gave me. A special memory was making pasta in her kitchen at her house at the lake, after a ride on the float boat and followed by a game of hearts.
An invitation to be her guest at the fall auction in Hershey is something I will always cherish. It was after her stroke. She seemed fine and I was so happy to see her doing so well.
These are all special moments I will cherish forever. She was the most precious, special woman and I will never forget her. I love her and know many others do as well.
Thank you for making this wonderful tribute to my special friend Annalee. There will never be anyone like her again. Read LessRead less about What a special woman Annalee !! This
