- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- Orders with expedited shipping to U.S. locations will be shipped within the same business day, if received and authorized before 10:00am EST.
- All expedited orders require a street address.
- We cannot guarantee expedited shipping on orders that include items from the Assembled in America Collection.
- Free Shipping is valid only on orders shipped within the continental US.
- Oversized items are not eligible for expedited shipping online. Please call 800-433-6557 for a quote or additional arrangements.
- At this time, Annalee only accommodates international shipping to Canada.
- Annalee Dolls charges a $3.99 handling fee on every order. This fee helps to cover the cost of record high ocean freight, overland trucking and expenses related to fulfillment. Handling fees are charged once per order, not to each individual product in an order.
- Once your order has shipped, responsibility for delivery shifts to the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If you are concerned about theft, please consider shipping to a secure address (such as a workplace or P.O. box) and purchasing parcel insurance offered at checkout.
- We highly recommend tracking your package closely and ensuring someone is available to receive it upon delivery.
