- At this time, Annalee only accommodates international shipping to Canada.
- Annalee Dolls charges a $3.99 handling fee on every order. This fee helps to cover the cost of record high ocean freight, overland trucking and expenses related to fulfillment. Handling fees are charged once per order, not to each individual product in an order.
- Once your order has shipped, responsibility for delivery shifts to the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
