Servus! This adorable Beer Maid Mouse named Helga was designed to celebrate Oktoberfest, traditionally held in Munich during late September through the first Sunday in October.
The 6-inch amber mouse has long dark hair in a side ponytail. She wears a sweet mini dirndl with black bodice and skirt and a white blouse and apron. The bodice has tiny gold button details along with a floral design and laces that were hand-painted onto the fabric. She wears white socks and a pair of black felt shoes with gold buttons. She’s delivering three Maß of beer to her friends! Did you know that a Maß is always made of clear glass at Oktoberfest, so you can be sure you are getting your money’s worth? “Oans, zwoa, drei, g’suffa!” (one, two, three, drink!)
This prototype was made at Annalee headquarters in Meredith, NH. It comes with a special hang tag and is numbered zero to indicate that it is a designer prototype.
A limited edition of 100 pieces was made for the release of this design in September 2021.
